The Ava Dress

I finished another dress yesterday and tried to photograph it this morning.
Oh sun. Come out, come out, wherever you are...

I named it the Ava Dress because it is the first dress I ever made for my sweet Ava...or ever, for that matter.


She is pretty stinkin' cute, though. I probably could make horribly ugly dresses and she'd still do them justice!
I may try again tomorrow and then post it in the shop.

Stitches

I made a dress for Ava the other day. I got the inspiration from Kristen. She has made some adorable dresses for her little girls.

I happened to have some fabric on hand and so I ordered the pattern that day and made it! Now I'm hooked. I need to make a trip to the fabric store so I can make more! Now, if only I had some nieces to make these for too...
