The Ava Dress

I finished another dress yesterday and tried to photograph it this morning.
Oh sun. Come out, come out, wherever you are...

I named it the Ava Dress because it is the first dress I ever made for my sweet Ava...or ever, for that matter.


She is pretty stinkin' cute, though. I probably could make horribly ugly dresses and she'd still do them justice!
I may try again tomorrow and then post it in the shop.

Mad About Sewing

I opened an etsy shop.



Yup. I took the plunge. And I have butterflies in my stomach! I posted my first items today. My first dress to sell. I am in the process of creating a new design as well, which I hopefully will post by the end of the week. I'm a bit nervous about it. But I'm having a blast creating dresses and hopefully people will buy them.
