We headed out to our favorite spot to take some family pictures. We need a good one for the Christmas card that doesn't involve bathing suits! It's a little tricky taking your own pictures, but I think we got some good ones.

Growing Up

My brother and his family came for the weekend so see the kids play soccer. It is a fun tradition they try to do every year! It was a beautiful day for soccer and a picnic. We always have lots of fun when our cousins come to visit!

Meanwhile...

It was fun to have my parents here for part of the week. They were in Kansas babysitting my two nephews while my brother and sister were in Africa. It was a treat to be able to have cousin time as well as grandma/grandpa time. Today they had to leave, and apparently, by the pictures, Kade wasn't too happy about it!

It's a bird, it's a plane, it's Box Boy!

We are having our small group over tomorrow night for trick or treating in our neighborhood, so we decided to stop in at Grandma and Grandpa Sweigart's the night before so we didn't have to be rushed. We met another little trick or treater there.
